All services listed on this website and available at our practice are provided and billed by Windhoek Occupational Therapy.

 

We are contracted in with most of the major Medical Aid providers in Namibia. If your Medical Aid or Health Insurance provider is not listed below, we will be unable to submit an invoice on your behalf. In said event, you should make the payment yourself. We will then provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your Medical Aid or Health Insurance provider and instruct them to send the reimbursement directly to you.

Please be aware that all health plans may have rules regarding deductibles and co-payments. In said event, you you would be responsible for these payments.
